If you need help with your keyboard, please post a message on the page for your instrument or in the Forum, it will be answered more quickly than an email using this form. Email backlog is approximately 7 days. Forum posts are 24 to 48 hours.

I'm always delighted to receive messages from you but I don't always have the answers...

Before you contact me via this form please consider whether your message (and my response) would help other members if you post it in the Forums. This is the quickest way for anyone with knowledge to respond to you and it helps more people, so I answer Forum posts before I start looking at my emails.

If you ask me a question about keyboards or software that could be answered in the forums I will not respond. I receive hundreds of emails per day and there is not enough time to answer queries like this direct to each person, sorry.
